Cracking Knuckles ...

Alright I crack my knuckles probably 20-40 times a day. I'm addicted to it, I dont know why. I feel like I don't move around the same without starting off the day doing this. I also crack my knees,ankles,back,neck,wrists,and every way you can crack fingers. Am I doomed to have arthritis and live a horrible life? This might be bad cuz I seriously feel like the tin man without doing this all the time.

what about doing it to your ankles or knees, is that bad?

ah, didn't do my research on the subject in 2+2's archives. Didn't think this subject was covered. Have their really been any subjects not covered in OOT?

I'm pretty sure it's merely a release of gas in between the joints, and doesn't really cause arthritis. Not sure about it though.

i'm with you on not feeling right without cracking everything. in addition to those, i also crack my toes, jaw, elbows, and shoulders

As soon as I read this damn thread I had the irresistable urge to crack my knuckles. Thanks jerk, now I'm going to get arthritis too. Or not, who knows.
