Thanks for the replies.

I guess the turn was not a great spot to mix it up, though I'm still not clear as to what he could possibly be check calling with on the turn as I know that I would be betting a pretty damn large part of the range of hands I'd be continuing with there.

obv I insta-folded. Really just wondering if anyone shoves over that small river raise as a bluff.

I don't mind the check on the turn at all. Either your have him totally dominated, in which case he is very likely to give up to turn aggression, or he has QQ and you are screwed.

If he hit his set on the river, then so be it.

He def could be bluffing because he senses your weakness or value betting some weak Q, or strong jack or QJ.

But, once he re-pops you it is over and you are toast. Good fold.
