Default 500NL - TPTK 3bet pot turn decision

Villain is 35/30/2.6 doesn't seem great.
Not really maniacal despite pretty aggro stats.

I like $199 or so on turn, but def bet more on flop, leaning towards $130+

bet fold is so bad here, either bet call or try and see a free or cheap showdown, if u ever put in that much of ur stack and fold, your highly exploitable

b/f is very weak bu you beat none of the hand he raises here so you can fold safly if he raises

this is where I get confused - I agree nothing we beat raises us here, but with that board don't we have to bet o protect against the multiple draws?

If we bet and they raise then you are saying we are committed?

a c/c committs us just the same on any relatively safe river (no 9, A or c)

so I'm assuming we have two choices then b or c/f ?
