LIve at the Bike Question

Sorry if this isn't the correct spot to put this, but I think it is. I was just going over my most recent credit card statement, and I was charged $14.95 by Live at the Bike on 2-2-2007.

I haven't visited that foresaken website in MANY months. I have no idea why they feel like they can just steal $15 from me. Have others experienced this thieving? If you are not sure, you may want to check your most recent bills....

Is this common?

haha, dude u have to cancel your subscription...or they are going to charge you every month go to the site and cancel it

yeah, you need to cancel your subscription. It isn't their responsibility to know when you stop subscribing.

THing is, the day i tried to sign up, they were having massive technical difficulties. I only wanted to watch one day because it was a bunch of my friends playing 100-200 and I was at home, sick. When it didn't work (and they knew it didn't work) I told them to cancel it then and there.

As others have said, yes you need to cancel. But I guess you did it, but they forgot or there was a misunderstanding or something. In any event...

I believe this game was on September 7th, 2006 with Mikel, Deathdonkey and Mr. Gatorade. So the key to this is if you've been charged on 10-2-2006, 11-2-2006, 12-2-2006, 1-2-2007 as well as 2-2-2007. Did you check those bills out as well?

I have a feeling you probably have been charged for each of those months, but haven't noticed. If you caught it right away, I'm sure they'll be glad to credit you with that month, but since you neglected to catch this until now, you're SOL (i.e. you'd be lucky to get a refund of one month).

i was charged 1-1-07 and 2-1-07, eventhough i canceled my subscribtion 5 months ago. Also, i just tried to log on, but couldnt, it said i had $44.08 negative balance, from what i dont know?

emailed support last week and they still have not replied.
