That will be my position when oil hits $90. I figured everyone has mentioned what they have a purchased so I would say what I plan on purchasing. Not a suggestion or tip.

AAPL Nov 2007 150 put @ 3.75

May pick up other strikes as AAPL rallies into earnings next Monday.

Bought NILE at $81.40
Bought BAC at $51.22/ now twice the position averaged to $50.48
Bought AMZN at $90.35
Bought ZMH at $81.42

Target prices to sell by end of month:

NILE---$85.50
BAC----$53.xx
AMZN---$92.25
ZMH----$100+ (Long term hold not an EOM sales target)

This was the meat of my first post in this thread, I later added:

ETFC at $12.48 and plan on selling this tomorrow if all goes as planned.

Now call me scared but I sold my Amazon position at $91.55 this morning and increased my stake in BAC as noted above. They may have a poor earnings dip but still like BAC to reach $53.00 in two to three weeks or sooner depending on how much the FED cuts.

FWIW I am still on long term hold with the below stocks:

MSFT
NAT
AUY
UA

"Short LFC at 94.8 ((this is my own pick))"

This got closed out on the massive gains today. China is insane. Is there some chance the government is planning to float their currency? Every piece of information online is calling this a huge unsustainable bubble, I don't see any contrary positions which support these huge gains. Thoughts?

I don't think I will ever short a company. It is so much easier to pick a business that can grow.

I see that EBAY's oversold, so I'm buying and intend to hold.

Update: Well I screwed the pooch on ETFC, took a $1.00 loss per share and exited my position minus <$1007.00> including comissions.

Am currently down $2.50 per share on BAC but am not worried about this choice at all. Just need the Fed to cut rates 25 bps or more and instant profit. Still see a two to three week horizon here. Worst case is to hold it and take the 5% dividend for a while.

NILE is working better than expected, almost too well. It shot past my initial target and I sold those $85 covered calls to lock in a short term gain. Worst case scenario here is that they get excercised and I make $4.02 per share on the stock and another $2.50 per share on the covered calls minus commissions for a net profit of $2608 in less than a week minus total comissions of about $73 if the options do get excercised.

Taking into account the above profit plus the Amazon sell even after the loss on Etrade and the paper loss on Bank of America I am still nicely ahead for the week. Am still holding ZMH as well as my other long term holds listed above.

Just now purchased 10 SDBJT options at .55 each, now just need SLB to move up a buck per share from $99.75 before market close.

Going to buy some AMD Calls soon. Probably with an expiration at the end of Q1. Likely struck around 16 or 17.
