Can you cashout while clearing a deposit bonus, or does that invalidate the bonus?

I seem to get hammered by exchange rates. When depositing and withdrawing to Party.

Does anyone know if I have a neteller account in pounds the best way to withdraw to pay the least? Should i withdraw in pounds from party and wear their bad exzchange rate?

i've got two bonuses waiting, i'm not doing either one is 6x one is 8x

I also received the 15% to $100. Is this 8X or 800 party points to clear, which at .25/.50 LHE would only be 20x800 or 16000 hands?!?!?! Are they serious? I would do better begging for change on the corner.
