I'll give 5 that I've been listening to lately, none are really new, but most people probably haven't heard of them. Tennessee - Kentucky Crashed Volvo - Number 2 on Number 1 The Plains Buffaloes - Axe + Tree I Eat Glue - Summer Camp in Wisconsin Hopefully these are obscure enough that no one has heard any of them but they're all really good

Okay, a couple bonuses, just because I can't contain myself: The Woggles - Ragged But Right The Coral - The Coral The Minders - A Bright Guilty World Oh yeah, and quadruple props to Quinn Warren for mentioning Mass Romantic. Only reason it's not on my list is, it's already on his.

I downloaed 3 of Zero7's albums after hearing their song "In the Waiting Line"...good stuff, been on a constant playlist for a while now, great great background music. kind of downtempo material.
Tommy Guerrero and Theivery Corp are good as well.
