Please don't misunderstand, I'm not with them, I was just wondering because most sites pay out directly to players these days.

I'd been receiving payments through my FTP account which has now been closed due to me violating the multiple accounts rule.

I was told they could transfer via PokerStars which I agreed to. The last reminder I sent which was responded to was over 2 weeks ago - I was told it would be sent in one week.

After having contacted management@rakeaid.com I have now been paid. The delay in payment was due to the fact that the funding method they had on file for me "was not valid."
