Joe,

You simply have to 4-bet preflop here. You're a mega tight ass so it's not like you gain any deception, you may as well fire away. You simply have way way too much hand.

Flop is fine, not a lot can really go any differently.

Turn you have to lead unless you are planning to checkraise and get the vibe doug is firing away. But leading is better because, remember, you are a tight ass and if DFM bets into you here it's likely because you won't like the results if you checkraise.

River: You may as well bet for value. Tattoo guy might be able to call and Doug won't bother raising with a worse hand than yours, because, you are a tight ass and he knows you have a hand and won't expect you to ever ever fold.

As for DFM, a counterfieted 89s, 9Ts, 66, J9s, and TT seem most likely to me, in order. Obviously broadway combos with T's are possible.
