Ugh that sucks. Tighten up a little if you want, but I think part of improving your game is improving your level of aggression which results in more variance. Your hand above is a great example. Pushing that hand is a must in my mind. Shiiiite happens, take a break, switch sites, move down, whatever... The only thing to regret is if you're tilting money off, in which case you need to get your act together before playing again.
