Getting banned from a site
I've read a few posts lately that talk about this.
Can someone list off the things that sites might ban you for? I want to make sure I'm not doing them or know what they are so I don't do them. Thanks.

It depends on the actual site. Some sites ban you after a few bonuses like at UK Betting and Total Bet.
Few sites ban for casino whoring-they usually just deny bonuses to a person.

Read the terms and conditions of the sites you play at and don't violate them. If you follow these guidelines, you'll be fine.
