I don't watch Survivor, so I really don't know much about the show beyond the basic premise. How much humor is there in the idea of DN being on that show?

I dont understand. Did Negeanu spontaneusly apply for the show or did they just pick random poker celebrities and ask? I havent watched the show since season two and have no clue how it works nowadays.

Wow, career and profile-wise, I really think that doing Survivor would have been a lot better for DN than the WSOP. I mean it's pretty close I guess, but just an attention-whore like him who can actually make money from media stuff, wow.

I remember he was talking a year or so ago how he'd like to be on it. He also showed up a couple of times in the Rob and Amber gambling reality show mess, which was such a frigging horrible and faked out reality show.

Apparently since the last season or two they are just recruiting people to be on it, from bars, Myspace, etc. I think I read that only 1 guy from the last season actually came from the pool of people who applied in the traditional way.

Negreanu would have been one of the 1st 3 people voted off. I don't think his personality nor body type would have blended in very well at all.
