he doesn't have a writing credit. the book clearly states that the foreword is by him, with Lee, Tysen and Kim being the primary authors.
Mark Vos didn't even make it on the cover.

By this I mean, the listing will say Kill Everyone by....and Hachem will be listed like an author.
