Re: Should I break up with my girlfriend for being a snoop?
hey man ive been in this same exact situation a year ago..
i think the best advice someone could give you is that to get 2 solid months worth of banging and then break it off. It will be good for you in the end. Anygirl that keeps close contact with her ex after she cheated on him looks like it will be a disaster in the making. |

Edit - didn't realize Suzzer already noted the fact that this girl probably set fire to her own apartment to live with OP.

Make sure your insurance is all paid up when you break up with this chick. Good luck.

Re: Should I break up with my girlfriend for being a snoop?
In all honesty, you have a basic psot college age relationship with an above average level of drama. You obviously, whether you admit it or not, want to get action from other girls, and have flirted with the idea of doing so. Your g/f clearly doesn't fully trust you and is seeking out others to talk to in a close fashion. You're young enough to move on, so you should probably do so.

Time to move on. She's not a keeper.

Re: Should I break up with my girlfriend for being a snoop?
I don't understand why more people aren't teeing up on the invasion of privacy issue. I think it shows a complete lack of trust on her part (whether real or imagined), and is not a productive part of a healthy relationship.
Personally, I've had it done to me and I've done it to others as well. The one thing all those relationships have in common is that they are over. As for the fire, it makes you raise your eyebrows, but is hopefully just coincidence. |

Re: Should I break up with my girlfriend for being a snoop?
We would be teeing off on the privacy issue if the OP didn't do silly things like email his ex-gfs with "hey beautiful" and play a non-zero role in feeding this crazy girl's paranoia.
