UB PAHUD PT Multitable issues XP

I am running a fairly quick Intel core 2 duo laptop on Win XP. I just started to play on UB again and cannot play at 2 or more tables for a few hands before it starts to lag then freeze. I have turned off flicker-free drawing, enabled database caching, and processed hand history files are being moved. UB+PT seems to be fine, but whenever I add PAHUD to the mix, it's major freezage, soon followed by monkey tilt. My task manager shows that during these times UB and PAHUD are taking up the majority of my CPU. Anyone know how to multitable at UB with PAHUD?

Any help is majorly appreciated.
