Default $5 How should I play bottom 2 when raised on the flop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed)

Button (t1500)
SB (t1500)
Hero (t1500)
UTG (t1500)
UTG+1 (t1500)
MP1 (t1500)
MP2 (t1500)
MP3 (t1500)
CO (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls t20, MP1 calls t20, 3 folds, Button calls t20, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (t100) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t80, UTG+1 raises to t160, MP1 folds, Button folds, SB folds, Hero calls t80.

Turn: (t420) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets t140, Hero calls t140.

River: (t700) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets t200, Hero calls t200.

Final Pot: t1100

I murdered this I know, but should I have reraised big on the flop or bet big on the turn?
I find 2 small pair hard to play, what's the normal way of playing?

I re-raise the flop and expect to get all in vs K9-KQ. Turn and Riv are terrible cards so once they roll off check/calling is ok in lvl 1. I still fire the turn though for 240.

Your hand is very strong, but also very vulnerable.
Try to get it in on the flop.

re-raise the flop, bet the turn. Check-calling the turn and river isn't that bad though.
