I might want to raise a bit more on the flop, like to $7.5 - $8, but other than that I think this is pretty standard.

It's fine. A worse pair is a likely hand for BB, and once you get rid of CO (who admittedly was likely to fold anyway), playing your big overpair for a pot that's 1/4 the size of the remaining effective stacks seems perfectly reasonable.

raise more on flop like 7.5. other than that this is pretty standard
