Default NL200: TPGK on two flush flop

Back in business after a two month break, so I might be little bit rusty.

Only 30 hands with villain, but he seems to be nitty (5/5/0). Haven't seen any moves or hands so far.

I think smooth-calling the river was a good idea. As to whether you had anything to worry about on the river, I can't see anything from his betting that should make you think you aren't going to win the hand. I think you played this hand cautiously, but it doesn't seem to have hurt you. I don't think your caution induced him to get any cards he needed cheaply.
