Default Ultimate bet question/help

I just made my first deposit on ultimate bet a couple days ago, planning to start playing some low stakes poker as well as stacking bonuses. I deposit the 650$ then immediately (I know I'm stupid) withdraw 600$, keeping 50$ to play some time of the site. Of course, they reversed my withdrawal and asked for an explanation. I want to know, what is the playtrough to be able to withdraw my money?

I also want to know what is the playthrough for their gift certificate as I will receive one pretty soon.

With that juicy party reload let's just say I want the money ASAP.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should give them enough play to cover their fees at least. Nothing is specified explicitly though.

Usually they reverse the bonus not the withdrawal if you withdraw too soon, but since it is you first one better be more careful. Also, the first withdrawal there usually takes more time.

They may have more stringent rules after you get flagged once, but I've never had a problem withdrawing as long as I played at least one hand.

Thank you for the answer, I've just played 2 tables for a couple of hours. I hope that will do the trick.

You can't "add" rakeback to your account and bonuses never expire.

nation, UB lets u have up to 3 accounts at their site. Creat a new one with RB, same personal info, same neteller, and change the email when first signing up. After a few days, u can email memberservices asking them to change the email to match the old one since UB requires ur poker account email match ur neteller one...i did this and had no problems...

also, bonuses are stackable and never seem to expire, so feel free to clear the one u currently have in ur account...
