Its pretty much guarenteed that if the first few posts in this thread had been "nice job OP, cheaters are terrible" or something along the lines of that, all of the rest of the posts would be like that. Good 'ol BBV and its genuine crowd mentality.

[/ QUOTE ] I agree with this 99%, if however, the player was some noob kid who was running good in the million, and someone approached him and said "hey i'll give you 3k for your seat!" without informing him that doing so is a rules violation, and somehow OP reporting this costs the kid his money, then i'll feel bad. If however, the kid is gonna keep his 3k and no % of his account left after the buyout, and the only person getting [censored] is the cheater who convinced him to sell it, then good work OP.

[/ QUOTE ] The kid was offered 3k for his seat, I'm assuming he got the 3k, if any money from the eventual winnings gets confiscated, I would still think the player who bought it off him should be responsible. With buying his seat, he bought the risk as well. I doubt pokerstars is going to do anything extreme to the original player like ban his account or anything for a 1 time offense of this nature. Either way, this whole [censored] "stop snitching" garbage is ridiculous if you are trying to apply it to any and all situations.
