cakewalk, I think some of it is rather redundant. I think you can delete some sentences here that are just reiterating the point that Alzheimer's is a debilitating disease that as of yet has no cure. Also you missed a comma "The only visible cuts, bruises or scrapes of Alzheimer’s."
