Default AK in 3-bet pot vs good TAG I get tricky. 1000 NL

Villain is a 25/20 v good tag. His PF 3-bet was weird he usually three bets to 130 or something. I called because I was scared of AA or KK. After he checks flop I put him on AJ/AQ (I've seen him three bet those hands). River should be c/f right?

its hard to see him calling with worse since I am repping turn semi bluff and he shouldn't be bluffing if I check.

i hate the turn c/r, just lead the turn.

that said, your turn c/r size is horrible.
