It takes balls to insta shove that river with 33, A5 or 56 after it double pairs. If he's got quads I'll probably have to pay off. The only plausible hands here are either a 2, 4, or air.

If I saw someone three barreling almost every pot at a passive table and getting away with it, I'd be hard pressed to fold here.

Let me give a better answer then this one is in the form of some questions...

Does he overbet allin with his good hands?
Is he generally this insainely aggro on flops.
Can he read hands well enough to out u on a high overpair and does he know you think he is FOS? From his eyes could you have a 2 or a 4?
Is he talking a lot at the table while ur in the tank? For some guys that means they have a monster...
Does he generally play this aggressive with a mediocre hand (ie a pair of 4s)?
