Hi Mat,

Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately I am not at liberty to disclose player FRIA4EVER losing
hand, during game session 6477444616. Due to the reason, that your
opponent had selected the “Muck Losing Option” in advanced and since he
lost the hand, and neither bet first or raised.

This is the reason why his hand was mucked.

Best Wishes,

Karen Donnellan

Just sent this reply(doubt it will change much as they dont understand thier customers well or even thier own staff)

Been discusing this with a few players and we all agreed that your wrong. We belive that when a player has "muck losing hand at showdwon"this simpally applies to the hand being not shown to the table at showdown and not being unavailable in the hand history is simpaly ridiclous.

If i was playing poker LIVE and this happened and i requested to see the losing hand the dealer would not be able to refuse!

So again i want to request this info and eblive this is a reasonable request as as far as i know muck at showdown losing hands/uncalled hands is only to not show the table the hand and the hand is still written to the hand history folder!

Mat

Why don't you post the hand.

Anyway, has anybody bother to microstakes test this? I don't buy the Party line at all, as it's very uncommon for this to happen but the conditions they're saying make it apply are very common indeed.

So, yet again, I believe this is Party support basically lying (well, probably the support people being told what lies to tell).

Theyre not strictly lying, its just that they dont understand the problem. They are however lying in that they are pretending to understand the problem when actually they do not.
