i told them my bonus was expiring and asked for an extension. they said i had another month to clear. bonus page said it expired like 9/27, they said i had until 10/27.

well the bonus did expire (i could no longer access the bonus page in the cashier). i email again asking why i can't see the bonus page if i still have the bonus. they reply that it's still an active bonus and i have to clear X fpps to release it.

i do that and email them back "ok i got all the fpps and the bonus isn't showing up."

response: "oh sorry that was a misunderstanding but now we have put the fpps you spent on the bonus back into your account."

so now instead of the cash money i have these onecall gift certificates.

Yes, I just used one last week. It is pretty simple, you get the code in an email from stars. You go to onecall.com and find out what you want to get. Then you call the number in the email from stars and order what you want and give them your gift certificate number.

You can sell the gift certificates to anyone who trusts you. All it is, is a number you have to give when ordering.
