Given villain's check on river, his hand looks a lot like 67 or some weird two pair. People aren't too tricky at 25NL, id bet about $14 and expect to take it down without a showdown, you're hand looks like it could have As in it very easily, and although you have a set on the river, I think turning your hand into a bluff here is +ev against the right opponents, he's clearly scared of the flush cards.
