Made a loan to a regualar 2+2er, and got screwed...

I know I know, its an anonymous internet poker forum. It's 100% my fault. Anyway, I made a loan to this gentleman about 4 months ago, we have an E-agreement (I still have the e-mails, which I wont post). The amount was $600.00 He said he would pay me back $650.00 in 30 days. I still havnt seen a penny. This guy has been a regular poster here for a long time. Ive thought about not posting his screenname, but than I have decided to with the mods permission. His user name is SoCalRugger. Just wanted to make this public. Thank you kindly.

please, i invite him to tell his side of the story. I do have an E contract with him. If HE gives me permission, I will be happy to post it. Im not saying anything bad about him, the fact is I would like my money, he's had ample time to pay me...
