Time to buy homebuilder stocks?

I've been short homebuilders for the past couple of years until recently. I think it's almost time(maybe in be 6-8 months) to buy for a long term play in the stronger ones(TOL and NVR).

Not surprising...............many of these companies will be broke within a year.
