How deep do you need to be to fold KK preflop?

Your image is pretty important here too. If u seem to be pretty tight then it's easier to fold. Honestly though, you see QQ here sooo much that I just can't fold.

completely read dependent...some crazy players do this with QQ/JJ as well as AK

I would fold here, even if most here disagree. I've probably had at least a dozen spots like this over the past year or so, where I had QQ or KK and someone made a massive overshove PF, and I called. If I posted any of them, I would get a near unanimous "WTF CALLLLL". And in every one of those spots, I was up against AA. Call it a small sample if you want, but I think it's pretty telling.

250BB PF vs an unknown is just SO often AA. I find it much more likely than any other possibility that this random unknown guy simply looked down, saw AA, saw you were both 250BB deep, and got greedy.
