Comments on all streets appreciated.
This was a fun hand from last night's 1-2 NL game at the Foxwoods.
What's a ninja to do? Preflop: MP raises to 15, BB Lag(tard) calls. Pot= ~33 Flop: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] BB bets 40. MP raises to 100. BB calls. Turn: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] BB checks. MP bets 100. Says, 'same bet, remember, I raised preflop.' BB deliberates and says 'I reraise' and throws in 3 black chips. (This is actually just a 'raise.' The MP's bet was just that: a bet. Not a raise. You can't raise a check. Sorry.) BB goes all in, now just about 145 more after calling the raise. Surprisingly, BB has to contemplate the call, but after 10-20 seconds, he calls. River: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] BB: I've got a set. MP: Turns over AA (obviously.) The irony: BB flips 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and exclaims, 'I really put him on AK' That's a >500$ pot with unimproved 22 taking it down. Take notes, kids!! holla |

Re: Comments on all streets appreciated.
1. Why does BB have to contemplate the call when he is the one who pushed allin?
2. It appears 22 did improve. |
