PT for Pokerroom/ongame

I am Struggling to import hands from ongame skin pokerroom into PT, I have followed the steps from the help segment on the PT website regarding ongame skins but am still having no joy. Any guidance/help would be much appreciated?

It works fine for me and has for some time. What is the error message you are getting (if any)?

I use the downloaded client not the Java one by the way.

If it is just sitting there apparently working but nothing is getting imported make sure you have statistics enabled in the Pokerroom client (so it generates and updates the statistics db), and make sure the import dialog for PT is pointed at that database.

Make sure you have the newest beta patch installed. There were some recent changes to the hand history format at Ongame.
And be sure to post this (with a better error description) in the Poker Tracker Forums. Help there is usually very fast and accurate.
