Ok, Its a noob question but here is the big plan :

I rake around $800/month and 4 friends of mine can make something like -300/mo each. Sometimes they do stake me on some big live tournaments. We agreed to create a common pool to pay my buy-ins and we'd like to create our own affiliate tracker on Party/Emp and Paradise to help to fund this.

1st : Can I sign first as an affiliate and then open my own account trough my tracker ? I dont have an acc on Paradise or Empire yet.

2nd : Do you think that our plan breaks any T&C from these sites ?

yes, your plan will be a violation of the T&C's of these sites, as most if not all do not allow you to sign up as a player under your own affiliate account. Being that you say you have never had accounts at the poker sites above, you can however, try to find a rakeback deal at one of these sites and sign up yourself and your friends so you can all still reap the benefits. I hope this helps, sorry though if it is not the answer that best suites your plan.
