littlewoods poker bonus not paid till end of the month now?

I just done the required raked hand count a littlwoods poker but no £25 so i looked on the site and found this in the terms and conditions of the bonus

"Note:
Before the end of the month (last day at 23.59 EST) please ensure you go to the cashier "my account" page. Your raked hand information will be updated and your reward will be credited to your account and reflect in your statement."

So whats the deal with this SH1t and are the other site following suit?

so what does it mean?

It means that BEFORE the last day of the month at 23:59 ESP you should go to the cashier so that your reward will be credited to your account. This includes any portion of the month after you finish the raked hands.

If you haven't seen the bonus maybe 1) you didn't actually play the number of raked hands or 2) they just haven't gotten around to crediting your account yet.

You should also be playing some cover play for them.
