Checked to me, I bet, 1 fold, Villain thinks for a minute, like he is counting his outs or something, and then calls.

River: Kd
He checks, Hero ??

Let's say your intuition was right, and he was counting his outs.

He wouldn't have to count outs, if he had a flush draw, so what could he be counting. I think the most likely hand, would be a gutshot, with an overcard. AJ, or AQ. If he has that hand, how do you want to play?

I hope you said, bet, and maybe he will fold his higher ranking missed draw.

I think it comes down to your read of the player and exactly what his pause meant.

In my experience, when someone hesitates and calls the turn, they have something like middle/bottom pair and are trying to talk themselves into folding. When they make up their mind to call the turn, they're also calling the river.

check turn vs. 2 players with all our outs and get there on the river.

if villian is loose he prob. calling our bet on river with anything but a busted fd. He'll call with a any 10 or a hand like JJ.

Player dependent. Has he folded on the river before? Lots of inexperienced players think they are being smart by folding a mediocre hand on the river (they aren't, at least not in SSHE). If you don't think he's folding just check it down and face the music, but decide quickly because if you're going to bluff you want that snap-raise out on the table as soon as you see the king, right? Usually if I have been playing with the same person a few hours I can tell if this will work or not, it usually won't, but the really weak ones will panic and toss their cards assuming you have a king or worse.
