Wouldn't most people find a fold by 5th street here?

It might go about 4 hours. But if you look at the play, it's slowed to a crawl because of the size of the blinds. No action/play at all. Basically, walks around the table. Maybe 1 or 2 hands to 3rd street.

No very exciting coverage for ESPN.

[/ QUOTE ]

You don't seem very happy whether play is fast or slow.

Or 4th. Or 3rd? Maybe he has been taking lessons from Eli Elezra.

Supposedly. Maybe they misreported the action?

Well it's for the same reason though: bad structure. It's not very exciting to follow the tourney online when I see this:

#
David Singer

(7 Card Stud) David Singer completes to 30,000 with the {6-Diamonds}, winning the antes and the bring in.

Maybe the problem is weak/tight play.

Do you have a link to the hand by hand coverage?

Maybe Filippi has been bluffing a lot. Tran is no doubt drawing to a T high on 5th. If Filippi has two high cards in the hole, then Tran is ahead. Even one high card is not hopeless. And of course the J on 6th gives him more hope.
