I can get the Samsung 204B 20" with 1600*1200 and 9 non overlapping tables for 333.77 euro (cheapest possible).
I can get the Samsung 245B 24" with 1920*1200 and 12 minimal(no problem) overlapping tables for 387 euro.

Both have very good reviews, the 245B slightly better.
Agree that I should get the 245B?
Will my laptop support that?

I'm in the same situation as you. I have a Dell Latitude 9300 and I'm pretty sure I am going with the 24" instead.

So, I got the 24" Samsung today and it's great!!
However, the screen is a bit 'shaky', like when you record a monitor with a camera, only then less extreme.
What is the cause and how to fix it?

I don't know hot explain really.
The screen is like shaking, i see darker parts and lighter parts 'moving'.
If I view the desktop for example the screen is not steady, but lines seem to moving.
Sorry for not being able to explain it better.
I did not have it earlier and I am sober.

some things to try to fix it:

a) ensure that the resolution is set in windows to 1920x1200

and

b) ensure that all plugs are firmly connected

you may need to call the people who sold it to you and get them to step you through their troubleshooting process.

I think I have fixed it now!
It was a power problem I think.
I put the power cord in another power outlet (with less machines on it) and now it looks fine again.
