I call here and fold to significant turn pressure.

i reraise allin if i was in that spot. im new though so what do i know??

my thinking is a preflop raise to 4 is not very strong, he is trying to protect his J. u dont want to just call though because you want to protect against the flush draw

Do you really think villain is just gonna magically shut down on the turn? I call flop here and shove a non-heart, non-K/A turn.

I'd just push the flop. It's a drawy board and there are plenty of worse hands that will call. Plus, you set an example that you are willing to come over the top of his checkraises, which should pacify him OOP in future hands.

Calling the flop and re-evaluating the turn is not good when there are about 25 cards in the deck that can hit on the turn that will make you scratch your head and wonder where you stand.
