I think button having KQ or AQ is a stretch, but perhaps he will dump AA or KK on the river. Probably not though. Especially when your read on him is that he thinks he's a good player but IMO really is not, he hates folding postflop, and usually calls down with overcards on ragged boards.

Good luck getting him to fold his overpair. Also, assuming BB has less than Qs up 90% seems like wishful thinking to me.
