Default JTs - is this spew?

CO was running 25/7/10 over 70 hands, I called because I was in position and pretty sure BB will call, who was super bad, so I have a nice hand in a multiway pot in position. On the flop I bluff raise, because a Q is only a small part of CO's range, and without he will have a hard time calling and playing oop on the turn. On the turn, I was pretty sure, I had the best hand, I put him on some small PP, AK or flush draw and check for bluffinduce and potcontroll. And then he bets this big on the river. Would you call this?

I really don't agree with betting turn. We'd have to bet an amount that's significant to charge the draw (around $80-95) which means that we would have put in around $150 of our $230 stack all in. If he shoves we are likely drawing dead unless he goes nutso with a heart draw thinking he has FE, which you would think he'd either jam the flop or do some donkified blocker on the turn to see the river for cheap.

The flop action is really bad because you not only have to deal with CO betting into you and the small blind but this is a popular flop to check with three Queens or 4s full if your SB, so in the rare case he has a big hand you have to worry about him and cutoff.

River is most likely a fold. There's a chance he has busted hearts and you can make a hero call but given your flop raise and the fact that you looked strong on the flop I expect him to not get too out of line with a busted draw and give up.
