Default KK on rag board

Villain was 25/8/0,5 after 80 Hands. I thought about folding on the flop, but he could easily have 99-QQ. After he checked on the turn, I put him exactly on that range, so I bet for value ?!. He waited very long and called. The river bet looked like a block bet, and getting almost 7:1 I called.

Thoughts?

I go broke on the flop with KK if he'll stack off with an overpair here.

As played Pot the turn.

I don't see much value in raising the river but i'd probably mini raise anyway.

flop is fine imo.

turn, if you put him on 99-QQ, maximize value and bet closer to pot.

Don't know, he is not that monkey passive station like a 50/0/0 guy who raises only the nuts. I would assume that he raises at least TT-QQ on this flop, espacially when he considers my table image (~ 35/27/4)
