Can someone please tell me what hand Barry thought he beat when he called the river with J9? I went through every possibly combo I could think of and came up with 1 hand, "76", which I think is ridiculously unlikely.

So...gross misread or steaming?

If I was there to gamble and play poker yeah... I would not play stakes that I could not afford to lose or win. It is mega-super-hyper-insano lame.

In the scenes from next week it looks like PA gets himself into an ugly situation maybe with Sammy.

Woulda been fitting for Gold to manage to miss all 4 pulls at his straight running it twice - would have sort of made up for the sick 2/3 win he got off PA when they ran it 3x last week...

At the end Gold says it was more like $300k, not $180k. I think this is right because he shold have been well over $500k after the hand against Patrik. Farha and Gold are amazingly bad. Guy seems like a pretty big fish as well.
