What's the difference between raising 160 here and raising 150(= 3 times the BB)? Why is 150 better?

Pot control, you want to get away from AK preflop/postflop as cheap as possible if you have to. Postflop, your C-bet will be smaller and cheaper to fold to raise.

Also, if you are reraised PF, it will likely be a smaller amount and more profitable to call considering stacks. 10 chips is not much, but it does inflate the pot size without any positive benefit.

And imo 160 draws unwanted attention to your playing style if you make a habit of odd bet sizes.
