Has anyone successfully removed money from a site that bans US players recently?

A friend of mine (Canadian that moved to the US) has a couple hundred bucks at Party that he wants to get out. He can't cash it out or transfer to me without becoming a preferred player (which my not even be possible)

I suggested he email support and ask for help, but i'm not to confident they will be useful.

Can anyone suggest a backup plan?
