My prescription: Turn Skiles into Jeff Van Gundy (or Larry Brown), turn Gordon and Thomas and 1st rounder and PJ Brown (sign-n-trade) into Gasol after MEM rejects Nocioni/Thomas/1st.

Here's another thought - Hinrich+Noah+PJ for Kidd?

Yeah, but why would Memphis trade Gasol right now. Makes little sense for them.

Paxson does not have the stones to fire Skiles. They'd have to be like, 5-36 at the halfway point for that to even be considered.
