The sad thing is, it might be the only spot he can hit because of his retarded tendencies with men on base. And if he hits in the 4 or 5 hole, that means someone like Theriot is going to be getting way too many ABs.

DeRo is a great fit for the leadoff spot, but no chance Lou goes with someone without speed.

Doesn't have an effect on what? He hit 33 home runs and ended up with only 70 RBI. Their leading home run hitter was hitting in front of their two worst hitters for the entire year.
