Default TPTK + nut FD, raised on the turn

Only had 1 orbit against villain, and I don't think I'd seen him play a hand at this point:

Cryptologic
Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $5/$10
6 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (6 players) kimchi is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises</font>, 3 folds, kimchi calls.

Flop: 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4.4SB, 2 players)
kimchi checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">kimchi raises</font>, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4.2BB, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">kimchi bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises</font>, kimchi calls.

River: Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (8.2BB, 2 players)
Kimchi?

What do you think of my turn line? Should I be 3-betting here?

How about the river? C/C or bet/fold?

Since he may have been raising for a free S/D with a small/medium p/pair or a semi-bluff with something like K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]x, is there any value in a river bet/fold? That Q on the river would hit a reasonably portion of his range, and he may already have a flush/overpair.

B/c of the size of the pot, I probably call the river bet, but I am not happy about it.

is anyone ever taking a call turn donk/fold river line against anyone? it really isn't part of my arsenal because if i think its called for i'm just 3betting the turn. i guess the line has particular merit here because we can't fold to a 4 on the turn.
