Hero (25 000)is all in

probably flop is standart.

should i fold\call\push preflop and why?

my friend said i should fold it because of such raise from the utg. I've figured i had a average\below average stack but even i call (10 000 to 23 000 pot) and miss my flop (any 2 high cards comes, any ace) i have some stack to survieve 2 orbits. I didnt want to go all in because im still not in money.

comments very appreciated.

I would say this depends much on the behavior of the big stack. if you have seen him playing his big stack with a lot of pressure, raising often from different positions, where you can assume to have a somewhat wide opening range, than i would be in - except 2 hearts.
if he plays a tight game than this is defenitly a fold:

an opening range like this:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 50.704% 49.96% 00.74% 456843516 6776874.00 { 88+, AJs+, KQs, AQo+, KQo }
Hand 1: 49.296% 48.56% 00.74% 443973072 6776874.00 { TT }

makes it a borderline play.

the last point is how important is it for you to get ITM. if this matters, than fold it.

at this point i like you stop'n'go more than a preflop push, as i think you get a much better FE against the high Aces, which i don't think can call your push here.

If your intention on the flop was a stop'n'go regardless of the cards, I like your move. Otherwise TT in the BB with a 7xBB stack is an instashove to a standard 3xBB raise.

Especially around the bubble where everyone has around 5-10xBB and wants to fold into the money. I would raise any 2 here as the chipleader.
Put yourself into a position to win this tournament and not to just cash!!

I also like the stop-n-go, especially after this flop. You will be good a significant number of times and have fold equity against many hands that will draw out on you.

Not pushing because you were not yet in the money is an attitude that demands a fold. You don't have enough chips to put in 2 more bets and then walk from the hand. This feeling makes a preflop push the worst of the scenarios because you will get called 98% of the time but don't even consider a limp fold. Go get him - call and push!
