You need to take the trashbag out of the trashcan in his room, poop in it, then replace the bag, see how much it means to him to get into the big room when he cant figure out where the smell is comming from.

I actually find Jewish jokes pretty funny, but they have to be well executed. For example, one of my friends (from Pittsburgh) reccently said that Jewish bullies invest people's lunch money. That was funny.

Two things to remember about this situation. Things like this is what you will be doing for the rest of your life, ugh - lol. But, more importantly, this is perhaps your first test of your “lawyering” skills. Don’t cave in on this. Settle it however you do, but don’t just give up without a good fight. You might regret it later in life if he gets the better of you.
Don’t they say that in a good settlement neither side walks away happy with the results?
