Default Fold or Felt?

No hud running, so no stats, both seem ave, maybe 20/10s

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $25.05
Hero (BB): $25.35
UTG: $25.00
MP: $25.60
CO: $30.60
BTN: $42.90

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $1.00</font>, MP folds, CO calls $1.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.75

Flop: ($3.10) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $2.00</font>, CO calls $2.00, Hero calls $2.00

Turn: ($9.10) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">UTG bets $6.00</font>, <font color="red">CO raises all-in to $27.60</font>, Hero ???

I fold here. The likely hood of a twopair/set hand is strong as well as a higher flush draw possibility that could be a combo draw. You may only have 6 outs instead of 14 or so.

I fold.

You don't know if its going to be 2 handed or 3 handed. You don't know if your flush outs are good.

Best case scenario, you have 32.5% equity.

I think sets are a huge part or COs range considering the action and the stats.

That reduces your equity to 28%.

If you knew for sure UTG was going to call and didn't have a flush draw, calling would be reasonable.

Being in the middle, I think you have to fold.

Easy fold. You are getting better thasn 2:1 but have no hand. I would have folded preflop against unknown UTG raiser.
