guy was a fish. he was like 40/7/1.2. i think hes either calling me with like a pair of nines maybe tt or another flush draw on the flop

I think a 40/7/1.2 is looking you up pretty often here. They love to catch bluffs. I would def look at his river stats, went to/won $ at showdown.
Your hand is fairly well represented as Ax, but it often takes more aggression to get him off a 9.
I don't see TT as a big part of his range, but I think he is almost always looking you up if he does have that
